The research project: “Development of new poultry products” let develop a catalogue of packaged chicken products from improved quality and which have a longer life in the shelves of supermarkets where its distribution and sale is made.
Currently, a new line of innovation researches to contribute added value of products made with chicken meat which provide healthy benefits to consumers. Its aim will be to get products low in fat and, in addition, with high organoleptic characteristics (texture, flavour and appearance) and maximum microbiological quality, so that the shelf life of these products will be longer for consumers.
We try to develop products of chicken meat with characteristics which don’t exist in the market nowadays and to guarantee a 100% chicken meat content.
